Department Manager

Job Summary

Join Savers as a Department Manager and play a key role in supporting either customer service operations or backroom product flow (production). This leadership position contributes to our mission of championing reuse and building a future where secondhand is second nature. As part of an international thrift retailer, you'll help manage day-to-day activities, support team members, and ensure smooth operational execution.

Responsibilities

• Oversee either front-of-store service or backroom product flow and production functions
• Lead and support team members to meet store goals and standards
• Ensure a clean, organized, and safe store environment
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of store employees
• Monitor and maintain inventory flow and merchandising presentation
• Collaborate with leadership to implement company initiatives and policies

Qualifications and Experience

• Previous retail or production leadership experience preferred
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to lead and motivate diverse team members
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
• Commitment to supporting a sustainable and community-driven business model
