• A poorly-functioning check out system can damage the reputation of the company and lead to negative reviews, leading to fewer sales and less profit
• Successful businesses prioritize the attainment of sales goals, exceptional customer experiences, and adherence to operational expectations
• Partners with store leadership to address clients' concerns in a respectful and helpful way
• Flexibility is key when it comes to maintaining personal and productivity goals. You may need to adjust your goals or your tactics in order to overcome unforeseen obstacles
• Skilled customer service representatives know the value of asking open-ended questions to establish rapport with customers and meet their needs
• Manages customers payments

• Keeps abreast of product knowledge and upcoming trends
