This role focuses on guest interaction, problem-solving, and promoting both physical and digital services to enhance the shopping experience. You will be responsible for ensuring a seamless and effortless checkout, guest service, and order fulfillment experience.

• Rapidly analyze what guests need and adapt your interactions appropriately
• Help guests by providing information about products and problem-solving options
• Confirm the swift and accurate execution of scanning, bagging, and payment procedures
• Keep your workspace tidy and well-organized
• Share details about discounts, new releases, and store events with guests
• Motivate customers to sign up for loyalty programs and consider applying for store credit cards
• Assist individuals in utilizing digital tools effectively, such as the store app and internet-based functionalities
• Follow store guidelines when handling returns to uphold customer service standards
• Improve the efficiency of handling order pickups, drive-up arrangements, and transactions related to gift registry items
• Help address and calm guest issues and reduce tensions in a manner that aligns with store regulations
• Confirm that regulated products are compliant with the legislation at the federal, state, and local levels
• Assist with various store operations as required depending on the needs of the business

Job Requirements:

• Effective cash handling techniques and precise register operations
• Capability to perform tasks outside while exposed to different weather patterns
• Consistently moving and carrying goods that weigh up to 15 lbs, with intermittent lifting requirements for items weighing up to 40 lbs
• Flexibility in scheduling, covering evenings, weekends, and holidays
