Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated team member to welcome, assist, and exceed guest service expectations. This role focuses on guest interaction, problem-solving, and promoting both physical and digital services to enhance the shopping experience. You will be responsible for ensuring a seamless and effortless checkout, guest service, and order fulfillment experience.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver superb customer service by adhering to predetermined service protocols
• Extend a friendly and authentic greeting to guests as they arrive
• Rapidly analyze what guests need and adapt your interactions appropriately
• Assist customers by sharing insights on product features and offering solutions to their inquiries
• Confirm the swift and accurate execution of scanning, bagging, and payment procedures
• Ensure your work area is neat and orderly at all times
• Share details about discounts, new releases, and store events with guests
• Urge guests to join loyalty initiatives and to explore the option of obtaining store credit cards
• Assist individuals in utilizing digital tools effectively, such as the store app and internet-based functionalities
• Adhere to store policies when processing returns to maintain guest approval
• Improve the efficiency of handling order pickups, drive-up arrangements, and transactions related to gift registry items
• Assist in managing and resolving guest complaints while maintaining adherence to store guidelines
• Confirm that regulated products are compliant with the legislation at the federal, state, and local levels
• Provide support for overall store functions as necessary in response to business requirements

Job Requirements:

• Consistently moving and carrying goods that weigh up to 15 lbs, with intermittent lifting requirements for items weighing up to 40 lbs
• Ability to work flexible hours, which may include nights, weekends, and holidays
