Job Overview

Join our guest experience team where delivering outstanding service is at the heart of everything we do. As a Guest Services Specialist, you'll be the friendly face that greets and assists guests, resolves concerns, and helps connect them with the products, promotions, and digital tools that elevate their shopping experience.

Core Responsibilities:

• Deliver a welcoming and genuine guest experience from check-in to checkout
• Listen actively and tailor assistance based on each guest’s unique needs
• Educate guests on store promotions, app features, and loyalty programs
• Promote digital and in-store solutions, including Order Pick-Up and Drive-Up
• Ensure accurate scanning, bagging, and payment processes at the register
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Process returns and resolve concerns respectfully and in line with policies
• Support guests with gift registry, account setup, and app navigation
• Promote credit card applications and explain their benefits clearly
• Comply with all local, state, and federal regulations, especially for restricted items
• Step in to support other store areas as needed based on team priorities

• Strong multitasking and time management skills
• Comfort in educating and engaging guests about store offerings
• Adaptability with evolving technology and digital tools
• Self-motivated and collaborative team player

Job Requirements:

• Proficiency with cash handling and point-of-sale systems
• Ability to work in outdoor conditions as needed
• Physical ability to lift and move merchandise up to 15 lbs regularly, and 40 lbs occasionally
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
