Job Summary

Primary Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service by following established service standards
• Greet and interact with guests in a friendly and genuine manner
• Quickly assess guest needs and adapt your approach accordingly
• Offer accurate product information and assist in resolving issues
• Ensure smooth checkout through accurate scanning, bagging, and transaction processing
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Inform guests about promotions, new arrivals, and upcoming store events
• Encourage loyalty program enrollments and store credit card applications
• Assist guests with digital tools such as the store app and online services
• Handle returns in compliance with store policies to maintain satisfaction
• Manage order pickups, drive-up service, and gift registry transactions efficiently
• Resolve guest concerns calmly and in alignment with store standards
• Ensure compliance with all laws when handling regulated products
• Support general store operations as needed based on business demands

• Ability to multitask while maintaining strong attention to detail
• Comfortable educating guests about products and services
• Quick adaptability to new technologies and digital tools
• Capable of working independently and collaboratively with team members

Job Requirements

• Accurate cash handling and register operations
• Ability to perform outdoor tasks in varying weather conditions
• Regularly lift and move items up to 15 lbs; occasionally up to 40 lbs
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
