Qualifications:

• During a history of three years in retail operations and customer support, gaining expertise in overseeing operational functions and ensuring customer satisfaction was a key focus
• Experience in a leadership capacity for one year
• Proven track record in attracting, organizing, and leading top-level teams
• The excitement of connecting with consumers and encouraging their participation in the Nike Membership opportunity
• Being digitally literate means having a strong willingness to learn and promptly adjust to the evolving requirements of technology
• Demonstrating flexibility and openness to working various shifts, like mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on the company's requirements
• The job requires individuals to have the physical capability to rotate, bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder, and stand for extended periods, with or without necessary assistance.
• Gift for communicating ideas articulately in English
• Possessing a high school diploma or GED is a prerequisite for applicants, and having completed post-secondary education is viewed favorably
